We are providing a remote service with our therapists completing assessments and providing therapy management strategies via video call.

How does it Work?

1)Schedule your Online  Therapy Consultation for a time that suits you. Please call 1800749746 to schedule your appointment. Our Receptionist will take all your details.

2)Your therapist will contact you on an agreed video call platform and engage directly with individual residents to assess, guide through interventions and provide advice on management

3)Your therapist will email you the completed notes following the session

Tips to get the most out of your remote therapy session

-Reserve a quiet space for the session with a smart phone/tablet/laptop (consider WiFi/phone reception)

-Identify the  therapy referral list in advance of the session and consider appropriate time slots for the individual residents to be seen consecutively

-Consider if any of the residents referred might require a staff member to facilitate their individual appointment e.g. activity coordinator, HCA or nurse

-Allow time for the usual clinical handover at the beginning and end of the session between the nurse and therapist
